What are the office hours of the facility?
The facility is open 24 hours a day with the self-service kiosk available.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re never required to store with us long-term because we offer flexible month-to-month leases. Feel free to store your belongings with us for as long as you need it.
How do I pay my monthly storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online or at the facility using the 24-hour kiosk.

Do You Prorate the lasts Months Rent?
No, we do not prorate your last months rent. If you are in the unit on the 1st of the month you are responsible for the entire month regardless of when you move out.

Can I sleep or live in my unit? Absolutely not. Living or inhabiting in your unit will result in immediate eviction and lease cancelation. No exceptions

Do you require a Security Deposit? Yes, we require a security deposit which is equal to 1 month of Storage. This is charged in addition to your rent and 1 time admin fee at the start of your lease.
How do I rent a unit?
Book a unit online right here on our website or stop by the facility to use our 24-hour kiosk.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, flammable, hazardous or combustible items, illegal or stolen goods, fireworks or explosives, living plants or animals. If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Is the Facility Secure? The facility has LED Lights on the exterior of all buildings. These lights are on from Dusk to Dawn. The facility has security cameras, and the facility is fully fenced-in with a sliding gate that only our tenants have access to. With your gate code you have 24-hour access and can come and go as you wish.

Do you provide locks? You can either provide your own padlock or you can purchase one from our Kiosk for $10.00.

How do I obtain my gate code if I forget it? You can contact us at 802-497-2921 and we can provide you with your code. Or You can log-in to your account at the touch-screen kiosk by selecting "Existing Tenant." Once logged in select the "View Gate Code" button on the lower left-hand side of the screen.
